In the last article, I mentioned a few of my favorite travel essentials, and now I am here to share some more that I have personally tested and tried out for myself. All of these are my honest experiences and reviews.
The first thing I’d recommend you do if you’re going on an airplane for a long period of time is getting a sleep mask. A silk one, to be exact. Silk sleeping masks are very soft, smooth and silky, ensuring you a great sleep and a great dream. You will not wake up with lines on your face unlike the airline ones, which in my opinion are very uncomfortable.
The next thing I recommend is actually entertainment wise, or rather something to pass the time with. And with that, I’d like to introduce the Kindle. When I was very young I used to own a kindle and read all kinds of books I liked. Now my kindle is sitting in my drawer and I plan to use it on my next trip. A kindle is better than a book in many ways – you can still read it if it’s dark, you can read multiple books on one device, etc.
The last thing I recommend is getting a first aid kit. Not to scare you, but incidents could happen on the trip that are unexpected, and the last thing you want is being unprepared and panicking about that. A good one I found was Welly’s Human Repair kit, which includes basics of disinfecting injuries. This won’t help you make the injury smaller, but it might help you stop the bleeding.
